Kinetic are working with a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company who are hiring a Project Engineer for their team in Visp, Switzerland. This is a contract role for 6 months.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop engineering concepts and provide technical recommendations to support business decisions.
- Manage project execution, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and technical requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external engineering resources for medium-sized projects.
- Plan and deliver small to medium-sized investment projects supporting production and operational improvements.
- Perform process engineering calculations and support plant optimisation initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new installations and modifications to existing facilities, including cost estimates and project planning.
- Support production adjustments, process improvements and new product launches.
- Evaluate technical solutions and recommend improvements based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate procurement and resource planning to ensure effective project delivery.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3–10 years’ experience managing engineering projects within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience delivering projects ranging from CHF 10,000 to CHF 200,000.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, process optimisation and project management.
- Advanced written and spoken English and German skills.
- Must be available to start a 6-month contract.
