Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Qualified Person (QP)- Regulatory Affairs to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Act as the Qualified Person / Responsible Pharmacist for the company’s pharmaceutical activities in the UAE, in accordance with applicable regulatory and pharmaceutical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant UAE regulatory, quality and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Manage the full Regulatory Affairs lifecycle, including pharmaceutical product registration and licensing activities.
- Prepare, review and submit regulatory documentation and dossiers to the relevant local health authorities.
- Key point of contact with MOHAP/MOH and other relevant UAE health authorities.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Valid UAE Pharmacist License, MOHAP/MOH or another relevant UAE authority, as applicable.
- Previous experience as a Qualified Person / Responsible Pharmacist or in a similar pharmaceutical regulatory role.
- Strong experience in Regulatory Affairs, particularly product registration, renewals, and variations.
- Previous experience working with pharmaceutical products in the UAE and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
- Oncology experience is highly preferred.
