Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to be based in the UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of quality-related activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Ensuring that the quality management system is being maintained and followed.
- Ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently in line with the company procedures.
- Performs investigation of quality complaints, work accidents, and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in a GMP environment.
- Minimum 2 years of QC/QA experience within the pharmaceutical industry with QP release responsibilities.
- Must have extensive knowledge of GMP requirements, compliance regulations, and pharmaceutical industry practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
