Regional Sales Director

Kinetic is working with a leading Renewable company who are hiring a Regional Sales Director to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
  • Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
  • Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of regional team.
  • Identify potential risk-return opportunities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economy/Commerce.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a global producer or trading company.
  • Must have sales experience in Aluminum: primary and value-added products.
  • Strong negotiation skills, metal sales, finance, and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
