Kinetic is working with a leading Metal Manufacturing company who are hiring a Regional Sales Director to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
- Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of regional team.
- Identify potential risk-return opportunities.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economy/Commerce.
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in a global producer or trading company.
- Strong negotiation skills, metal sales, finance, and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
