Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge in the medical fitness industry.
- Develop and implement territory plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key accounts and relevant KOL.
- Source new distribution channels, develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve within the assigned region.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations of the company’s products and services.
- Participates in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns relating to the assigned territory and assigned products.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience within the Medical Devices industry.
- Must have ICU/CCU experience.
- Result-oriented, good negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
