A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Regional Service Specialist for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client’s inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored support
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper usage and maintenance of the company’s products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/customer service within the Medical Devices industry.
- Must have GCC experience.
- Clinical lab background mandatory.
- Leadership experience is a must.
- Must have a valid UAE driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
