Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Regional Territory Manager for North England. This is a remote role, offering location flexibility, with occasional travel to the company’s office in Cheshire.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and execute the UK sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or equivalent. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Senior Sales role within the UK market
- 5+ years of experience within the Pharmaceutical/FMCG industries. Multinational companies’ experience preferred.
- Experience in managing/ leading a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
