Sales Manager

A growing Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the medical devices industry.
  • Must have experience in Dermatology, Orthopedics/Surgical, Sports Medicine, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetics.
  • Good Knowledge of the UAE Market.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
  • Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
