Sales Specialist

A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Sales Specialist for their team in Khobar.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.
  • Establish a network of clients to service the requirements of a particular target market as assigned.
  • Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, microbiology or similar.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a Clinical Laboratory/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Food Lab in the Eastern KSA Region.
  • Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
