A growing Institution is actively recruiting an Operations Specialist for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- First point of contact for prospective students addressing inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist throughout the enrolment process ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students.
- Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions status in the admission system.
- Generate reports on recruitment and admissions performance highlighting areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales preferably within the Education industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
