Tender Specialist

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Tender Specialist to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Optimizing tender strategy and ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee tender process, tools, and development of analytic dashboards.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of tender activities.
  • Assess market dynamics, collaborate with thought leaders to identify unaddressed requirements in tender processes, and convert insights into tender strategies.
  • Evaluate tender outcomes, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tender management within the Pharmaceuticals/FMCG Industry.
  • Commercial mindset and proven success in delivering projects within the Middle East region.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP. PowerBI is a plus.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
