A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Treasury Manager for their team in the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Responsible for ensuring timely and smooth treasury operations and liquidity management.
- Develop strategies for FX, interest rate, and commodity price risks.
- Negotiate terms for credit facilities, guarantees, and payment structures with banks and financial institutions.
- Evaluate investment opportunities adhering to risk policies.
- Lead a team of treasury professionals by conducting regular performance assessments, and providing professional development opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, IFRS, and industry-specific financial standards.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. An MBA/CFA/CPA/CTP is preferred.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of treasury experience of which minimum 6 years of experience in a senior role. Multinational/Pharma experience is a plus.
- Expertise in FX risk, cash management, trade finance, and TMS/ERP systems
- Good understanding of GCC banking practices, tax treaties, and export incentives.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
