Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Warehouse Technician to be based in Makkah.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage daily warehouse operations in compliance with cGMP and company quality standards.
- Oversee the receipt, storage and distribution of materials, including temperature-sensitive products.
- Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
- Coordinate the timely supply of materials to production and packaging.
- Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs, while managing deviations, investigations and CAPAs.
- Support internal, regulatory and customer audits, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Manage warehouse resources, budgets, equipment and service contracts.
- Lead, train and develop the warehouse team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support departmental objectives.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proven experience managing audits, SOPs, deviations, CAPAs and quality documentation.
- Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and planning abilities.
