Kinetic are working with a leading medical technology and healthcare solutions company who are hiring an Infusion Therapy Sales Specialist for their team in Austria.
This position offers flexibility and can be based from a number of locations in Austria.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage sales performance, revenue growth and margin delivery across the assigned territory.
- Plan, analyse and forecast business development activities to support commercial objectives.
- Provide technical support and specialist expertise within the infusion therapy product portfolio.
- Consult, train and support healthcare professionals, including the implementation of product evaluations and trials.
- Support tender processes and contribute to tender development strategies.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, homecare providers and outpatient healthcare partners.
- Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Lead contract discussions and price negotiations with healthcare stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise business opportunities and support campaign development.
- Represent the business at congresses, customer events and industry meetings while conducting market and competitor analysis.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Completed nursing qualification or a comparable healthcare-related qualification.
- Technical or medical expertise within infusion technology, infusion therapy or a closely related field.
- Strong customer-facing and commercial skills with experience in sales within the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of the homecare market, infusion therapy and healthcare reimbursement and billing systems.
- Additional qualifications such as Pharmaceutical Representative or Medical Device Consultant certification would be advantageous.
- Experience of strategic sales activities within the DACH healthcare market is preferred.
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in German is essential.
- Ability to work independently with a structured approach and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70%).
