  • Operations Director

    A leading Industrial Manufacturing company is actively hiring an Operations Director to be based in Cairo.

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Lead and manage all aspects of production operations.
    • Monitor and maintain operational oversight of staff and the business output.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
    • Develop and manage the production budget in alignment with financial objectives.
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing production leadership team.
    • Monitor production performance and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in steel transmission towers manufacturing operations
    • Experience in overseeing multiple departments.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • QHSE Director

    Kinetic is working with a leading Industrial Manufacturing company who are hiring a QHSE Director to be based in Egypt.

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Develop and execute QHSE strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain management systems ensuring compliance with local and international standards, while promoting safety, quality, and sustainability.
    • Manage internal and external product and process audits.
    • Oversee incident investigation and reporting and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
    • Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes across the entire production lifecycle from raw materials to final products.
    • Lead and mentor a team of QHSE professionals and support staff.
    • Prepare reports and KPIs for senior management.
    • Perform any other duties related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

    To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field. A master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSE leadership roles within the Manufacturing industry.
    • Strong background in supply chain management, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and engineering projects.
    • Strong knowledge of Egyptian regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Medical Science Liaison

    A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Medical Science Liaison for their Cairo office.

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Develop and maintain scientific and medical expertise.
    • Facilitate scientific engagement, scientific exchange, and medical information.
    • Provide clinical presentations and respond to medical requests.
    • Providing medical support for patients and formulary access products following global and local policies and procedures.
    • Supporting the development, implementation, and completion of medical activities.
    • Build good relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare professionals, and organizations.
    • To support & back up the Marketing, Sales & Regulatory departments in scientific and medical issues to achieve the company’s objectives.
    • Serves as a medical expert for internal medical and sales training.
    • Support clinical research and IIS (Investigator Initiated Studies) and observational studies following guidelines & company-relevant SOPs.
    • Attending relevant scientific meetings and conferences and supporting the development of summaries of key data, presentations, or symposiums.

    To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

    • Only candidates currently based in Egypt will be considered.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science (PharmD, PhD, or MD).
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceuticals industry.
    • Oncology experience is a must.
    • Expertise in communicating and developing field medical plans and complex scientific information to various stakeholders.
