Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a General Manager to be based in Morocco.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to align with the company’s goals.
- Lead the company in growth and expansion initiatives, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and oversee all the company’s business operations.
- Drive the company’s financial performance by managing budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
- Monitor market changes and technological advancements, adapting strategies as needed.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Morocco will be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Must have experience in P&L.
- People management experience.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
